Boosted media did a great evaluation of the Dyn-X chassis. Expensive, rigid but flexible. One thing to note is the rigidity of steel (specially welded, tampered and well connected) is typically 3x that of aluminum. So although aluminum can be made as strong as steel but lighter, the draw back is the resonance or the "feel" you get from a steel based chassis in terms of haptic transfer. The rigidity of steel does, in a subjective measure, help with the unique transfer of high and low vibrations.
This is also why World of Racing, the leading premium sim center in USA and others have chosen the Dyn-X and have been using it from the onset for their e-sports chassis. The robustness of the chassis is very suitable for its constant abuse, and for sim centers its quite justified.
A great and fair review from Boosted.
